When it comes to our food at Organic Giggles we strive to use the purest of ingredients. Each ingredient is pulled straight from our garden first and foremost and when purchased, organic is chosen whenever possible.  Being that we are a home that follows a dairy free/pescatarian diet, no dairy or meat will be served.

Each meal is almost always prepared, made and served without the help of microwaves only our own two hands.  

Below is a sample of a typical weekly menu at Organic Giggles.

 

MONDAY

Breakfast : Homemade Granola, Fruit, Juice, Nut milk

Morning Snack : Larabar, Chocolate Nut Milk

Lunch : Beet Veggie Burger and Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Afternoon Snack : Kale Chips and Hummus 

 

TUESDAY

Breakfast : Oat pancakes, Fruit, Juice, Nut milk

Morning Snack : Banana, Apple and Nut butter

Lunch : Falafel, Pita, Hummus

Afternoon Snack : Almond Cocoa Nib Cookies

 

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast : Free Range Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Fruit, Nut Milk

Morning Snack : Coconut Fruit Popsicle

Lunch : Nut Butter and Honey Sandwich, Fruit, Chocolate Nut Milk

Afternoon Snack : Raw Chocolate Brownie 

 

THURSDAY 

Breakfast : Protein Shake, Homemade Muffins and Toast, Fruit

Morning Snack : Apple and Nut butter

Lunch : Quinoa Pasta and Veggies

Afternoon Snack : Crackers and Hummus 

 

FRIDAY

Breakfast : Overnight Oats and Fruit

Morning Snack : Trail Mix and Juice

Lunch : Lentil "meat" Balls, Zucchini Noodles and "Cheese"

Afternoon Snack : Peanut Butter and Honey Rolls
